Official Tournament Rules

The 2009 OctoberLax lacrosse tournament will be held October 24-25, 2009 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Entry Fee Per Team: $400.

Location: Heller Park, Tulsa, OK

All teams must fill out the Registration Form and fax to 918-587-2463
