Official Tournament Rules

The 2011 OctoberLax lacrosse tournament will be held October 22-23, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Entries will be accepted for the first five teams and every team is guaranteed at least four games. Deadline for entry is October 3, 2011.

Regular Entry Fee Per Team: $400

Location: LaFortune Park, Tulsa, OK (NE Corner of 61st and Yale)

All teams must fill out the Registration Form and fax to 918-587-2463
